This blog is a Photographic record of a trip to Africa in March/April 2012 to observe Wildlife with a special emphasis on Birdlife. Initially we were based at Livingston, Zambia before entering the Chobe National Park in Northern Botswana and finalising our journey at Moremi Crossing in the Okovango Delta.

Black Heron
Black Heron. Often uses its wings to form an ''umbrella'' over its head. possibly shading water to attract small fish. Chobe National Park, Botswana.
