This blog is a Photographic record of a trip to Africa in March/April 2012 to observe Wildlife with a special emphasis on Birdlife. Initially we were based at Livingston, Zambia before entering the Chobe National Park in Northern Botswana and finalising our journey at Moremi Crossing in the Okovango Delta.

African Openbill
African Openbill, feeds mainly on freshwater snails,using its peculiar bill to extract the snails from the shell. Chobe National Park, Botswana.
